At Perry's Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Securely
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
